Job Description As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Site - Weekdays in Lewisburg, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site teams, document observations, and respond to concerns with a customer-first mindset. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with onsite contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor credentials, and directing visitors and contractors to the appropriate check-in process.
• Complete shift documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, and escalate maintenance hazards, policy violations and/or suspicious behavior through the chain of command.
