As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing visible support throughout the property. You will interact with tenants and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service while upholding our values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns, maintaining detailed and accurate records as required.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, offering assistance and guidance as needed while representing Allied Universal.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials when necessary, and helping to prevent unauthorized access to the location.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services if required, following established protocols for the location.
