Requirements

Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations
High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
Willingness to be active and on your feet throughout your shift
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to guest service
Professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission license

Responsibilities

Provide a visible and professional security presence across the property
Patrol the premises and monitor for safety, security, and compliance
Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
Assist with investigations by gathering information and documenting incidents
Escort guests, employees, and sensitive assets (cash, keys, gaming items)
Support traffic control, fire prevention, and safety initiatives
Drive guests and team members to local destinations as needed
Partner with leadership and external agencies when required
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment
