As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flow. You will document observations, respond to requests, and communicate clearly while delivering customer-focused service. Requirements

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or members by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor management, and verify credentials where required while maintaining a professional presence in public-facing areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate parties and/or emergency services as needed.
• Document and report security-related events, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
