You will complete routine rounds, support access control at key entry points, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering customer-focused service. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, parking areas, ATM and night depository areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or suspicious conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor traffic, assist with badge and/or key control processes as directed by site policy, and document activity per post orders.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed.
  • Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover to support consistent site operations.
