Job Summary: As a Security & loss Prevention Officer upholds and demonstrates at all times the implementation of all safety and security programs and initiatives to ensure the safety of guests and team members. The security of the hotel and its’ property, ensuring at all times service is offered pro-actively and clearly, calming communicated and has the ability to listen. With the peace of mind to react to all situations professionally and in a timely manner. Able to be part of a team and take ownership for any situation as to gain a “win win” at all times Protects and upholds all property procedures for the wellbeing and safety of all guests, visitors and team members, always acting in a role of Health & Safety Ambassador. Reacts as part of the EMG and response team This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company’s goals, objectives, vision, and values of The Conrad Nashville.
