As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support guests and staff through clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, so you may patrol across the property as needed. Requirements

Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by post.
Monitor entrances, common areas and restricted areas for unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
Complete detailed shift activity reports, incident documentation and patrol logs, using required report writing standards and/or electronic systems.
Control access by checking identification, verifying authorization and directing visitors, vendors and contractors in accordance with site procedures.
Operate and monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control and two-way radios, escalating issues per post orders.
Provide a visible, professional presence while assisting employees, customers and visitors with directions, escorts and general inquiries when requested.
Support emergency and non-emergency responses such as medical calls, fire alarms, suspicious activity and property damage, following post orders and notifying public responders when required.
Perform opening and closing checks, secure doors and designated areas, and report hazards or maintenance concerns to appropriate contacts for follow-up.
