As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, offering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and assist employees, visitors, and/or customers as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, employees, and visitors while following all Allied Universal protocols.
Complete detailed and accurate reports related to incidents, observations, and/or daily activities as required by site procedures.
