Job Description As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Center - Full Time in Athens, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will play a key role in communication and coordination, providing exceptional customer service while supporting access control measures. Requirements

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Operate as a dispatcher, coordinating communication between security-related personnel and responding units within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor and document incidents and critical situations, responding in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Maintain communication logs and incident reports to support site operations and assist in investigations.
Assist with controlling access to the premises by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership in implementing security-related protocols and emergency response plans.
