Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas while maintaining a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will complete routine rounds, document observations, respond to calls for assistance, and support staff and visitors with clear communication and customer service. Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, unusual activity, and/or policy violations according to site instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or theft.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors; maintain visitor logs and notify site contacts of arrivals as required.
• Complete detailed written and/or electronic reports, document patrols and incidents, and communicate with site management, law enforcement, and/or emergency services when needed.
