As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will support daily operations by coordinating security-related calls for service, tracking officer activity, monitoring access points, and documenting incidents with clear communication. You will stay visible and professional while helping to reduce disruptions and supporting a positive site experience. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders at an industrial manufacturing location.
- Dispatch and coordinate officer activities using radio and/or phone, monitor alarms and camera systems, and document calls for service, incidents, and shift activity in required logs and reports.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and directing resources per established emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse and yard spaces, and the perimeter as assigned, and report maintenance hazards and/or suspicious activity through proper channels.
- Support access control operations by verifying credentials, managing visitor and contractor check-in processes, and assisting with truck and delivery traffic flow as directed by site policy.
