Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, drive throughout assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, dock doors, warehouse spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor the movement of visitors, vendors, and/or drivers at designated entry and exit points, verifying credentials, following post orders, and reporting discrepancies according to site procedures.
- Support daily operations at a logistics and distribution location by observing shipment areas, monitoring assigned posts, and communicating clearly with site personnel regarding security-related incidents and/or operational concerns.
