The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shifts during the Week Days (Monday through Friday) and be flexible within the weekends on occasion to cover available shifts. As an on-call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes are frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. Requirements

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
CURRENT or RENEWABLE (less than 5 years past expiration date) WI Security License.
Must have own reliable vehicle.
Current Driver's License and good driving record
MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.
Pass background check
Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be punctual and on time for every shift.
Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.

Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
Must not have any felonies per Wisconsin DSPS Private Security License requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations if applicable
