About The Position
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while periodically patrolling assigned areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times Conducts internal investigations of allegations of misconduct by staff, to include but not limited to guest, contractors and contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed Adhere to all company service and operating standards Answers Guest questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior Escalate emergency situations to Supervisor, assistant director, and Director, as needed
Requirements
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Complete property academy as assigned
