JOB SUMMARY: The Suites Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience in the premium suites at AT&T Stadium. This role includes setting up assigned suites with food and beverage orders, providing attentive wait service during events, fulfilling day-of-game requests, handling payments accurately, and maintaining a professional and polished image. Suites Servers are expected to uphold Legends’ standards of hospitality by ensuring a clean, organized, and upscale environment from pre-event setup through post-event breakdown.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and event-based shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds while navigating stairs and ramps.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred.
  • Prior hospitality, wait staff, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up assigned suites prior to events, ensuring all food, beverage, and service items are stocked and presented to Legends’ standards.
  • Provide professional wait service throughout events, including taking and delivering guest orders in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Respond to guest requests with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain accountability for payments.
  • Ensure all suites remain clean, organized, and visually appealing during and after events.
  • Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to company safety procedures and practices, including attending required training sessions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with inventory management by reporting supply needs and shortages.
  • All other duties as assigned.
