As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, interacting with employees and visitors, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
- Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.
- Document incidents and complete required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related needs within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
