Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
- Valid BSIS Guard Card
- Self-Control: Maintain composure and professionalism in all situations

Responsibilities
- Assist clients, customers, and visitors with questions, directions, and general inquiries
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic First Aid, CPR, and AED (if certified)
- Conduct exterior door and building checks for security, maintenance, or hazards
- Perform mobile patrols across client campuses in the Santa Clara Valley
- Inspect equipment regularly, including radios, bikes, and vehicles, to ensure operational readiness
- Support client employees during special events
- Participate in daily briefings to stay updated on site-specific information
- Observe and report suspicious or unsafe activities
- Complete other duties as assigned by TRIDENT management
