About The Position

This position is responsible for the protection of patrons and employees, patrolling for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguarding the company’s assets.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to respond to emergencies in an expedited manner
CPR, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen certification
SMART alcohol awareness
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to respond to emergency situations in an expedited manner
Possible exposure to unknown health and safety hazards and physical altercation
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours

Responsibilities

Protects patrons and employees, patrols for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguards the company’s assets
Escorts money and chip credits from booths to Master Bank and Chip fills
Performs table and Bill Validator drops
Investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility
Detains persons involved in illegal activities and notifies law enforcement authorities
Responds to complaints, ejections, medical and assistance calls and accurately acquire all pertinent information needed for reporting purposes
Checks IDs for underage patrons
Performs cards and dice pick-up and distribution for the casino
Accurately stores and distributes all lost and found articles, accurately prepares necessary forms and updates the log book
Works in the Lost Guest Booth and Security Dispatch, as needed
