About The Position

Security Officer Securitas is looking to hire a Security Officer Full Time $17.00, must flexible and available to work weekends. Days and Afternoon shifts, must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, walking tours required along with standing. Union membership required for this location The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Valid SORA license or willing to obtain
Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
High School Diploma/GED
Must be 18 years or older
Strong customer service and communication skills
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and flexible
Weekend availability required
Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Walking tours required along with standing
Union membership required for this location
