About The Position
Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Management Company in Boston MA Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 745 AM - 545 PM Starting Pay is $21.20 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / DailyPay Available Candidate Must be 21+ Years Old and Must Have 1+ Years of Previous Security Experience As a Security Officer - in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for building visitors, helping to deter security-related incidents through your professional presence and outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment, supporting tenants and guests, and upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by site procedures.
- Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency personnel as needed.
- Assist with emergency response activities and/or evacuation procedures when appropriate, following site-specific guidelines.
- Support security-related operations by observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or activity at the front desk area.
