As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine interior and exterior patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and customer concerns with calm professionalism. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and support daily operations through reliable presence and teamwork. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, office areas, ATM or vestibule areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas, check identification as required by post orders, and help maintain orderly visitor flow and/or employee access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, medical calls, and/or disturbances, and coordinate with site contacts and public responders as directed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate noteworthy information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
