About The Position

As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, using a vehicle to support patrol coverage as needed. You will deliver strong customer service, clear communication, and detailed reporting while working as part of an agile, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per post orders.
  • Monitor access points and visitor traffic as assigned, helping to control entry and/or exit in accordance with site policies and security-related protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Complete required reports and documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
