As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Belle, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol a busy retail location, helping to support a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This unarmed, driving post involves routine patrols, visible presence, and customer-focused communication while responding to security-related concerns. Requirements

Valid Driver's License with a least 1 year of driving experience
Must be able to walk for long periods of time
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities at a retail location.
Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe customer and employee interactions, and document security-related incidents as needed.
Assist with closing and opening activities, support crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide clear directions during alarms, evacuations, and/or other emergency situations.
