As a Front Desk Officer at a busy financial institution location, you will greet visitors, manage access control, monitor cameras and alarms, complete detailed reports, and respond to security-related concerns with calm, customer-focused communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related protocols.
  • Monitor lobby activity and security-related systems at the reception area, reporting irregular conditions and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Control access by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs in accordance with location requirements.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating site-specific emergency response actions and notifying leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
  • Support security-related administrative tasks such as documenting shift activities, completing incident reports, and communicating status updates during shift changes.
