As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a utilities location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Candidates who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor for and report any irregularities or suspicious activities observed during patrols or while on post.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives regarding security-related matters.
Document incidents, observations, and any actions taken during the shift according to site and company guidelines.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
