As a Security Officer - Utility Patrol Unarmed in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol utility locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to provide reassurance, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within the utilities location. Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols. Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors as needed. Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials as required by site-specific guidelines. Document incidents, observations, and/or actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Requirements

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
