Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the facility, verify identification, and assist with visitor registration as required by location protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
Assist with emergency response activities and support communication with relevant personnel during incidents.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, and visitors to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
