As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Requirements

Must be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR and/or first aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with de-escalation and communication as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and to maintain awareness of surroundings.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client site standards.
Work collaboratively with client staff and local law enforcement when necessary to address security-related matters.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.
