As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and routine patrols contribute to a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Document security-related incidents and observations in timely and accurate reports as required by site protocols.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as needed.
Assist with emergency response activities, including following evacuation procedures and providing guidance to employees and visitors.
Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff and guests.
