Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Document and report any unusual occurrences, security-related incidents, or maintenance needs observed during patrols.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors, offering assistance and information as needed.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to the unique needs of a technology and media environment.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points during patrols.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any security-related concerns promptly to supervision.
