Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, manage access points, and respond to incidents with clear communication. You will stay visible to help reduce security-related issues, support loss prevention efforts, and deliver customer service to employees and visitors. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor and control access at entrances and/or gates, including verifying identification, managing visitor logs, and coordinating with site contacts for deliveries and contractors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including observing, reporting, and escalating concerns per post orders.
• Complete accurate documentation such as daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
