You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with clear communication and customer-focused support. You will document observations, report issues, and work as part of an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

• Security Experience ‐ 1+ Years.
• Be at least 21+ Years of Age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential community and/or nearby tech and communications locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and timely notifications to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries as directed by post orders, and assist with wayfinding and general site information when appropriate.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate observations and service needs to the appropriate parties per site procedures.
