As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, respond to questions and concerns with professionalism, and communicate clearly with site leadership. Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions requiring attention.
• Monitor access points and public areas, verify identification and/or visitor authorization when required, and assist with orderly entry, exit, and lobby traffic flow.
• Complete shift activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to the site point of contact, and support investigations with accurate documentation and video review requests when applicable.
