As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
• Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
• Collaborate with fellow Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related needs and support a secure environment for all occupants.
