As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated food and beverage locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with staff and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 5 years of security-related experience or a combination of at least 3 years of law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide proof of a college degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including production areas, warehouses, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Document and communicate any security-related incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as required.
• Support site operations by assisting with access control, visitor management, and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, contractors, and visitors in a food and beverage production environment.
