Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence supports a secure environment while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to management and/or law enforcement as needed.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support Allied Universal management by following all company protocols and contributing to a secure environment at the location.
