Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. By remaining highly visible, you help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any irregularities or incidents encountered during patrols within the location.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure environment at the location.
Document and report all incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
