As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong communication. Requirements

A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate any security-related issues promptly to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and location procedures.
