As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and strong communication while upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid are preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, including production and storage areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or irregularities within the food and beverage production environment.
Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit from restricted areas.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors regarding security-related matters.
Complete detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports as required by Allied Universal and the site.
Follow all company and client protocols related to hygiene and contamination prevention in food and beverage locations.
