As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to situations as needed. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points within the healthcare environment.
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and/or incidents.
