Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, server and equipment areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and assist with security-related screening processes in accordance with post orders.
Communicate with employees, contractors, visitors, and/or first responders as needed, providing directions, support, and timely updates during routine operations and critical situations.
