About The Position

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver Residential in Sugar Land, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in a timely manner according to company and site protocols.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to residents and guests.
Communicate with residents, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
