As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at this residential location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will interact with residents, provide outstanding customer service, and support access control measures. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately during emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, common areas, and outdoor spaces to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual observations according to site protocols.
Maintain communication with property management and/or residents as needed to address concerns or provide assistance.
Support emergency response efforts by coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management if required.
