Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for unusual conditions.
Report any suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or security-related incidents according to established protocols.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address concerns and support a secure environment.
Remain observant and alert while on duty, adapting to changing working environments and conditions as required by the location.
Document all security-related activities and incidents in a clear and timely manner.
