About The Position

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Mobile Rounds in Warner Robins, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns with calm, clear communication. You will assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and support while documenting observations and coordinating with site leadership. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify hazards, and report maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and respond to security-related concerns such as disruptive behavior, suspicious persons, trespassing, and restricted-area violations, using de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with facility staff and local responders as needed.
  • Complete accurate reports and logs, including incident documentation, patrol activity, and follow-up actions, and communicate key information during shift change.
