Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine mobile patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver’s license per AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will deliver strong customer service, communicate clearly, and support a caring, agile, and integrity-driven team.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or property damage.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, following site procedures for visitor guidance, tenant inquiries, and incident documentation.
Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity notes, and/or assist with post orders updates when directed.
