Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Media Patrol Driver in Mansfield, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. This driving post involves monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and providing outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues, maintaining clear and accurate documentation as required by Allied Universal.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors while on patrol to promote a positive presence at the location.
Follow all instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management to support security-related operations specific to the tech and telecom environment.
