As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying identification, and helping to direct visitors as needed.
Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and assisting first responders when required.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters as needed.
