This position requires a valid driver's license and involves driving responsibilities as part of your daily patrols.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Assist with crowd control and provide information or directions to employees, visitors, and guests as requested.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, maintaining clear communication at all times.
• Adhere to all company and client policies, procedures, and standards while representing Allied Universal in a professional manner.
