About The Position

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driver in Hampton, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. Your responsibilities include routine patrols, visible engagement with those onsite, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities, with duties tailored to an aerospace and defense environment.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Support emergency response efforts by communicating promptly with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required.
Maintain a professional presence and represent Allied Universal while interacting with staff, visitors, and/or contractors at the location.
